❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another model or color:

🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Within this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation required.

Conditions:
